Topic

Your piece must directly engage with a recognized global issue (e.g. poverty, education inequality, environmental sustainability, gender rights, access to healthcare, etc.).

Clearly explain the root causes, stakeholders involved, and the urgency of the issue.
Connection to Service
-
Showcase how your service club or initiative addresses this issue.

Reflect on the actions taken, challenges faced, and what impact you've made (or hope to make).

You can include examples from school, community, or international work.
Format & Length

Word count: 1,000–1,200 words.

Submit in .docx or Google Docs format (no PDFs please).

Include your full name, school, grade, and service club name.

Write in a clear and engaging voice — aim to inform, inspire, and advocate.
